Practicing tech skill alone vs Netplay, need advice.

I go on Netplay, and my tech skill gets thrown off
I grind tech skill, I don't improve in neutral.

Should I just spend more time grinding tech, and limit myself to 3-4 sets on Netplay?

Does anyone else have this problem? I don't get how some people can switch back and forth so easily.

Do both, but don't limit yourself. Just remember to practice tech on a CRT before tournaments.

Net play has lag. Lag is bad

Net play will improve your strategy. Tech skill grinds will improve your ability. Both are nice. IMO, strategy > ability. You only need a certain amount of ability before too much diminishing return happens. You only need so much to do most of the things you'll want to do at a good enough optimization
