Hey I just started playing competetively about 5 months ago and was wondering
how do you recommend practicing if you can's play against anyone good.

Try playing against level one cpu's for tech training. for mindgame development, you're on your own. The mind of the the cpu is just to follow you around and attack blindly when your barely within range.

Both of the above are right. Lvl 1's and training mode are the things you want to utilize to practice spacing and tech skills. I, personally, like to play against lvl 9's once in a while to apply these tech skills against a harder oppoenent although it's possible that you will develop bad habits when playing competitively against the computer.

Anyways, there are so many topics like this in the MD room. Go there. Let's keep the marth boards for marth specific questions.
