Practical use of Snake's taunt

Hey y'all. I don't think this has been posted but I'm new to the forum and wanted put in my share of Snake knowledge.

This is more of a fun trick then anything because of the time it consumes but nonetheless it is a move that is to be reckoned with! By using snake's taunt while facing away from the edge of the stage, you can easily edge guard your foe, especially coming from lower positions. By dropping the box, you typically deal the same amount of knockback, so if your opponent is below the stage at a low percentage, i recommend using this taunt for K.O.!

It works particularly well against certain characters like Diddy Kong that like to get below the ledge before recovering back onto the stage. Though it can interrupt characters from reaching the ledge from any position, which I think is an important tactic.

It works great against Diddy kong's. If they get hit during their barrel they fall to their death.

That's all I can think of off the top of my head.... Ganon's up-B is slow enough that you can keep taunting and he might just die. lol

Ganon would probably die on the first taunt anyway.... You could also use it on a lone Ice Climber, Olimar, Ivysaur, and ZSS as well since they have tether recoveries >.>

Why not just drop a C4?

well, if you've already dropped a C4, I think its a great opportunity to interrupt characters who like to play around off of the edge.

tink is gimped hardcore by the box.

diddy not so much... if he has half a brain he'll try and recover from a distance, in which case any bananas you have on hand should kill him if youre aim is try. if not, nades do a decent job too if you time it so he releases into them, blowing himself up. generally if diddy has to charge his barrels to get back to the stage, snake should kill him.
