I dont know if im the only one, but does any1 else hate pound 4 rules regarding levels. Corneria, pokefloats, etc. a lot of maps that add another element to the game are being banned. Am I the only one who is annoyed at the number of maps that one is able to use now?

i'm not bored at all

i can go to smashfests and play neutrals only for 5-10 hours, i don't see why it's any worse if i'm doing it at a much lower rate at a tournament

yeah, i don't think more boring is a valid complaint at all

if the tourny scene started out with such rules, i dont think you would've disliked (to any complainable degree) it

True, but that's not how it started out. So in actuality, there is a reason to be upset with the new rules.

I still like this best!

Neutrals:
Battlefield
FD
Dreamland

Counterpicks:
FoD
PK Stadium
Kongo Jungle 64
Yoshi Story

I'm so glad this is what Connor is using for his tourny! I hope other regions take notice!

idk, i think having more variety makes it more fair. certain players in the past have openly said they are bttr are certain neutrals. mangoland, ken on YS, renofield, and smashers are saying it should be a counterpick instead of a first game option. i just feel crazy stages with a stuff going on make a game more elaborate

a player being good at a stage is irrelevant

corneria sucks

rainbow cruise is really fun when it gets to the top (as falcon)

some parts of mute city are awful

no, players are irrelevant

why?

you can surpass someone who is "better" at a stage

it's a bad john
i agree, it is a bad john (hmm bad john that sounds repetitive XD)

anyway, this isnt about johns, its about making the game fair, which is what the pound 4 changes are trying to do. in which case u have to take into a lot of things character matchups and player results are included in that

character matchups do, but players do not, ever.

you might think "oh but what if so-so is good with this character on this stage?" then it's the character, and the player is simply proving that

otherwise, any stage could be banned because some random player is better than everyone else on that stage

you can disagree but i'm done
