Possible Warioware character?

I was looking through the 'sticker' update from friday today, after all this excitement about Ness, (har har nay-sayers) etc. when I noticed this particular official Dojo shot (i dont know if this has been pointed out already but bare with me)

If characters from the related game can use the sticker, it appears in the bottom right, like on this other Dojo picture below, but there's no Wario; so if this sticker can't be used by Wario, which Warioware character CAN it be used by?

But then how do they indicate a specific sticker that can only work on characters that are still locked?

I'm guessing that it's a sticker that can be used by all characters, that's why there is no character picture in the bottom right.

Since there is no character restriction it can be used by anyone, obviously.

Not all stickers are designed for specific characters. Some can be used by all characters, almost certainly the case here.

A vague shadow, or you're not allowed to even have the sticker at that time.

Jesus Christ. Don't people read the updates anymore? It can be UNIVERSAL! They are not all specific.
