Possible PA Tournament

I've recently found a possible venue in Shamokin, PA and would like to host something some time in the next two months. I just want to see if there's any interest before I start planning anything.

This is how I read the town name:

Not to be a negative Nancy, but I'm not sure how much interest you'll be able to get for this unless you make it super huge. It's a decent midway point if you're trying to get Pittsburgh, Philly, and MD to come, but it's 2+ hours for all the major areas so they probably won't have much reason to drive out there just to play each other.

I'm not really expecting much of a turnout from those areas, there just hasn't been anything in the state outside of Philly and Pittsburgh that I can remember since Happy Smashing Valley 2 and I figure we're about due for another one.

I live in Philadelphia, and I would be a little bit interested in going to Shamokin for a tournament. 2.5 hours each way is just on the edge of unreasonable for a 1 day tournament. I would be much more interested in a tournament in the Harrisburg/Hershey area, which is closer to both Philly and Baltimore, and is in a place that I'd heard of before 30 seconds ago.

I would go, I live in the Harrisburg area (Lancaster. Southeast of Harrisburg). There is nothing around here.

I have to put any plans of doing this on hold, starting a job soon that requires I work weekends
