I have everything going against me, credibility and such. If you could actually just take time to review this, that would be great! Although this may be already found or just be common knowledge, it is possible to initiate a "pushup" motion followed by two rolls when recovering by pressing L and a direction (or rolling), or just pressing L will trigger the animation. This is similar to L Cancelling in Melee. I tried to do it with other characters and it worked for the ones I tried except for ROB (Maybe I can't get the timing right?). This action seems to have less lag and also a super armor frame on the second roll (Can't really see in the video and I'm kinda bad with this stuff if anyone can test it that would be great!)
IMO, this is definitely good for Yoshi because you don't have the egg when you roll.
So without further ado, here's the video. The first one shows a normal rolling recovery and the next 3 are what... L-Rolling? I have no idea.
