Possible List of KO Percents?

I didn't notice it until looking at Charizard's scan, but if you look at the section where the 3 moves are given, it shows "BEST" after a string of words I can only assume that mean "Attacks".

Anyhow, I believe that its also listing the Percents needed(Possibly at minimum?) to KO someone with that move.

Weve already determined this. The column besides the attaks says that they are "the best 3 attacks for KOing your opponents" , and they are not all smash attacks. But they must be an average because opponents have different weights and that would effect how easily they could be knocked out. For example Ike's side smash would KO Diddy Kong at lower damage than Bowser.

Another thing, on the left they list some abilities. They are, amount of air jumps, wall jumping, gliding, crawling, weight and speed. There is one more that I cant figure out though.

Also, keep in mind that this is most likely following "5150"'s 3 Prong tier of "Power, Speed, and (A third thing that I forgot but I don't think is listed here)"

=/ Diddy and Fox are quick, so they KO at higher percents because they're combo characters.

DeDeDe and Ike are slow, and from what we know, really laggy, so chances are we'll avoid most of these attacks anyways.

DeDeDe doesn't have a Whorenado, its just a hammer drop like the Ice Climbers.(From what I can tell)

Also, keep in mind that everyone in Brawl is more "Floaty" than in Melee, so hitting people upward may yield better results than a side KO.

XD I know they're not all smash attacks, I listed the ones that WERE Special attacks. Read ^_^v.
I know they listed abilities, I just couldn't tell what they were. Perhaps the one you can't figure out is fall speed? Or perhaps the ability to create items?
=P If I knew which one you couldn't figure out, that'd be nice.
