So after doing some analysis on the trailer on Sony Vegas and the Nintendo Direct footage. Here is the possible Frame Data I can come up with Cloud's moves. Please note that this data can be incorrect.

Forward air : Active on frame 8, active for 11 frames.
Forward Smash : Active on frame 2, Active for 6 frames.
Back Air : Active on frame 4, active for 7 frames.
Jab Combo : First hit on frame 3, Second hit on frame 10, Final hit on frame 18.
Forward Tilt : Active on frame 4, Active for 8 frames.
Down Tilt : Active on frame 5. Active for 17 frames.
Up air : Active on frame 5. Active for 15 frames.
Down air : Active on frame 6. Active for 21 FREAKING FRAMES.
Up Smash : Active on frame 7, Active for 14 frames.
Down Smash : Active on frame 5, Second Hit on frame 10. Active for 17 frames.
Neutral Special : Active on frame 4 (As shown on trailer, a part of the move at the beginning was cut out.)
Side Special : Active on frame 2. Pretty much becomes Marth's Dancing Blade so I can't record all of the frames for each combo of this.
Up Special : Active on Frame 3
Down Special wasn't shown at all during the trailer.

Also, literally all of this is wrong because it doesn't take into account the fact that the video is 30 FPS not 60.
