Possibility of Creating AI through AutoHotkey(and ilk)?

What has been done with the 20xx hack pack is really great, but editing AI directly through the games code is harder and has limitations. Being able to use AutoHotkey scripts (or something similar) would make things easier, but requires access to the memory of the game. Does anybody know of a external program/way that can access Dolphin's memory to possibly make an external AI for the game?

Actually I worked on that and i've already succeeded in writing(not perfectly) and reading.

But I used Japanese programs for that and I have no time to translate English.

The programs are SpoilerAL (to search for address of memory) and UWSC (read/write memory and control virtual keyboard).

I don't know Japansese =(. Maybe I could use a online translator and my brain to figure out how to translate it to english though. If you want to release them that would be cool, I won't start working on this for at least 2 weeks though, I'm really busy with school atm.
