Im not sure where to ask this, but I was wondering how you make stage portaits and implement them in game. (like in stage select screen, all those little pictures, how to customize them and such)

also, if you have 2 people with an imported stage, will it work over wifi if they play together, without screwing up?

i dont remember the answer to your first question, but to your second, if it's the same data overwriting the same stage there shouldnt be any problems.
do you know anyone who might know how? Or is there a guide somewhere etc.

Okay. The icons, text, and previews are in miscdata[80] in sc_selmap_en in the common5.pac (x/private/wii/app/rsbe/pf/system/common5.pac). The icons are labeled "menselmapicon.xx, the previews are labeled "menselmapprevbase.xx, and the stage names are something like "menselmapfrontstname.xx".
Remember to import textures with the same image size and type as the original.

Note: The ".xx" changes based on the stage.

To continue, the files that contain the stage select portraits are compressed. If you're using Ocarina codes, the compressed files need to use less memory than normal, or else your game will crash. Riivolution or custom ISOs bypass this issue though.
