Wrong, or else we wouldn't see people who picked up the game earlier and quickly getting to that competitive level of play using characters like Sheik, Falco and Marth.
Look at people who picked up the game in 06 such as Cactuar, Plainrkk, Dashizwiz, etc.
They can give some well known players a hard time.

I don't consider dashizwiz a cheap player if that's what you're thinking, sheik and marth can be played very technically or very cheap that's the player's choice.
