Pokemon Platinum: Men won't move out of Fight Area

So I'm in the Fight Area, and these guys on the Eastern side keep telling me to check out the Battle Frontier, which I did. I even played through all the different battle facilities (Battle Castile, Factory, etc) but still won't move out of the way. What's the deal?

Also, after I caught Giratina in the Distorted world, he returned back to his normal form once I returned to Sinnoh. Why is that? Do I need a special hold item in order to have him return to his Distorted form?

There are two other Platinum threads on the page, plus the Q&A thread, couldn't you have used one of those...?

Anyways, you need the National Dex for them to move out of the way.

Oh, I didn't see your other question.

Yes, you need the Grisous Orb to make it in Origin Form.
