Quilava: Quilava uses flame wheel to dash around the stage.

Breloom: Uses Sky Upper Cut and sends foe flying upwards.

Infernape: Uses Close Combat to dash near foe and rapidly punch them.

Magikarp: Uses splash while on land, but evolves into Gyarados if it enters water.

Gyarados: Bites foe with Aqua Fang

Gengar: Uses curse. A large needle puncture Gengar and makes him faint, then a targeted foe will have a dark aura around them.

Porygon/Porygon 2 they weren't confirmed yet either.

Golem would smash the ground and rocks would fall

Alakazam causes nearby enemies to float making them vulnerable

That smashwiki site claims Dialga and Palkia are in Pokeballs too, plus I think all the Pokemon from melee are returning I'll bet.
Oh yea? Even Charizard? Blastoise and Venusaur? I think not. I also have a hunch that Porygon-Z will replace Porygon2.

Here's my idea anyway:

Tyranitar <Sandstorm>: Tyranitar whips up a sandstorm that covers a respectable area. It obscures vision like a Smoke Ball but it also causes abrasive damage (but no knockback). Touching Tyranitar itself causes a lot of damage too.
