Pokemon Battle Revolution

Is the new game battle revolution prefered by anyone? not according to ign, they gave the game like a 6/10 or somethin, so i'm just wonderin cause u can get just about anyone's wii # who has the game here to battle them online which seems preety cool.

Also now u guys, other than prefering it, put up ur thoughts and opinions of how good/bad u think the game is

anywayz, battle revolution isnt that great. basically what you do is take stadium, subtract the Mini-Games, add wi-fi, and this is what you get.

o, and more pokemon. its still fun to play with. is it worth it to spend 50 bucks on this game?

definately not. just get your friends to buy it haha.

Yeah, so u guys r basically tellin me dat pokemon battle revolution sucks. well...i believe u'all. when i first heard bout it, i was super excited, cause i thought it would be like a full 3-d verision of a gb game, kinda like coloseum and xd, except u could play other ppls poke team with urs. but to my utter disappointment, it was another version of a pokemon stadium game(which weren't bad in 2001) except without mini games. all it really has is random online battles(thanks ultra nova). if u buy battle revolution, u will get forced to buy either diamond or pearl(all together its about $85, about $90 plus tax). cause d/p make up all da fun in revolution. u can't even use da points u get from winnin matches to customise ur character who rele has nothing to do in pkmn d/p, its not like u play as them in d/p. And if u don't have d/p, u have to use rental pkmn whose stats and move sets pretty much suck.

P.S.: i just got dis account this month and was wonderin where i could go to get a nice sig. sry if dis is dumb but r they free!

I personally don't think it sucks... it is just completly reliant on you having d/p... which is what I called it a $50 attachment for the games. It's a cool litte addition with the wi-fi and all.

u get it by winning the tournament held at the gamstop you went to.

i won mine too, and playing with the ds is better cuz you wont have to show your entire team to your opponent at the start of the match.

nintencore, i think that fluffy meant that controling ur team on the big screen with the ds instead of the wiimote is better cause u don't have to show some stuff like ur team or moves if u control them with the ds. (but still i'm not sure if thats really wat fluffy meant).

no thats not what i really meant. i meant that everytime you play a friend on pbr, both you and ur opponent's team is exposed before the match starts. and it ruins the excitement of whats to be expected.

cause when u threaten ur lil brother...he snitches, anyways, pkmn isn't as exciting as it used 2 b anymore, well at least not the home console ones, i think this game is 4 hardcore fans, not nintendo fans.

well is was definately a disapointment.

nintendo learned from its mistakes so the next one for maybe...the 5th gen? will be a huge improvement.

Yeah, I was hoping for some MiniGames on PBR, but there wasn't. Easily the worst game of the series. EVER.

Off topic: They should make a Pokemon Snap for Wii. Pokemon Snap was my favorite game in the series.

i personally didnt care for the mingames. i just wanted different animations for some attacks. cuz staraptor's uturn, cc, and bravebird all had the same animations. and all of regigigas' attacks showed him walking slowly to the opponent and smacking them.

pokemon snap would work nicely with the wii-mote too.

yeah guys pokemon snap could be cool, it can also b fun with more areas like ice caverns, or underground with a lot better graphics, and they'll add more better lookin pkmn in it too so it won't be half-bad. but isn't that guy u played as i dunno his name anymore, i think it was todd but i'm not sure tho, like 17 by now, it would be pretty weird playing a game that's a sequel to a game that old:veryconfu
