PM only techs?

I'm trying to get a hold of the PM Metagame, so I'd like to know if there are any unique, game specific techs that only apply to PM.

Universal techs there are AGT that actually move the character, and RARdash which is just a combination of a Brawl tech and a Melee tech but I guess could be considered its own thing.

There's loads of character specific stuff but general tech I think it's just these two.

You can dacus which was taken from brawl but isn't in melee

What about Wavebounceing? I thought you could turnaround-B in Melee and B-Reverse in Brawl. Thus combining the 2 for wavebounceing, but maybe you could already do them both in brawl.
