PM 3.5 Unable to pause or reset

Wile playing a normal match, I turned on d-bug mod and activated camera lock. Paused it and now I'm stuck there unless i reset my console.
Pressing the pause button again any time after that is like looking at a screen shot.

Activating Debug mode makes start act differently. This debug pause allows you to move forward 1 frame in animation each time you press Z.

When in debug you can still use normal pause functions by pressing X + Up D-Pad.
