eew, shaky camera >_<

Anyway, a few things:

- Your fox seemed a little on the slow side. Maybe it was just the camera speed, but I'm used to seeing fox move a LOT faster.

-Samus shouldn't have been getting hit by dthrow -> usmash. Nor should samus have been attempting to grab so much.

-Neither of you were punishing each others mistakes very well. (i.e. you missed two straight chances to punish missed grabs at 1:45 or so, and didn't get a good hit.

-Too much fsmash

-You can definitely speed up your waveshines a lot. I saw a lot of really slow/missed cancels that left you as a sitting duck.

-Your edgeguarding needs a lot of work. Granted, samus isn't the easiest to kill on dreamland, that match shouldn't havebeen that long. Bair, dsmash, shine, nair, edgehog, etc....use your imagination, you have TONS of edgeguarding options with fox. edit: (you did use a bit of dsmash. could still use work and variety though)

-Don't standing laser. That would usually get you punished.

-Make more use of your speed to confuse your opponent.

Eh, I'm in a good mood, I'll say somewhere around 2.3 if a rating of ten was the epitamy of fox. Short story is: You have a long way to go. (Though, I'd only give myself like a 4.5, i'm not that great)

**** that bad huh? lol i thought i would be a 3 at the most oh well back to the drawing board
Don't get discouraged, I just critique a little harsh sometimes, especially when I start predicting whats going to happen in the match >_<. If you decide to go forward with fox, my advice to you would mainly be to not get too caught up in the tech skill aspect. Though its important, a lot of foxes get too absorbed in tech skill, have lame mindgames, and get ***** by average players....

Editting for peach critique:

I'd certainly say your peach is better than your fox, though it's a little hard to judge because your opponent wasn't that good. Two things you really need to work on are incorporating float cancelling into your game (This will help your speed leaps and bounds, much better than SHFFLs), and general spacing of your attacks. I also noticed a few times you ran off the ledge, then double jumped back onto the stage leading in with a bair. I'd think this is generally risky becaues you have the potential of putting your opponent in an edgeguarding situation against you. If that was a good marth on that ledge rather than that sheik, say bye-bye to your stock if you tried that more than one or two times. Also, though this may be just a personal preference, I find floating while d-airing someone, then FloatCanceling an nair immediately after works pretty well, and is easy to follow up on.

I can attest to that. That's exactly what I did and i'm suffering for it even know, although I haven't been playing Smash competitively for too long.... :p
