Please help me with my Sheik (and my friends Peach)

Here is a video of my Sheik. I'm still a newb with Sheik so don't go too hard on me but I need some pointers. Any constructive criticism is welcome. I usually play as Marth so you'll see some habits from playing him carrying over (pulling out the chain in my recovery lol). So besides fixing my recovery, what can I do to fix my Sheik?

The Peach is played by my friend who would also like some pointers as well.
