Please help me, Internet randomly disconnects and connects

Please help me this is driving me insane. I can't even play battle competitively in Pokemon because my internet keeps disconnecting on me. I don't know why. I have a wireless ATT router and for about 4 months it would work alright, but then I got Hamachi (or w/e the hell it's called) to have people play Pokemon TCG (which nobody even freaking used) on it. My internet was ****ed up after that, so I uninstalled it from my computer and put all my settings how they were before

Please somebody help me, because it's still been disconnecting and connecting like 20 seconds later afterwards and it's driving me nuts

Have you tried restoring the Router to it's original settings?

How do you do that? I'm no computer whiz
