And rollerking, the naruto vs. sasuke oneI did improvise. by mixing these two sprite sheets. It's hard! I'm still impressed on how non-choppy rou ice climbers are though.

Mojo do NOT double or triple post. You have a button on your posts called the mythical "edit" button Use it or you get infractions.

Ya, the occasional double post is ok, but 3 is a little much.

I mean inovate by doing things like finding a way to do a move that isn't on the sprite sheet with what you are given, Like grabs and throws for the ice climbers and my pika V DDD animation.

Just so you know, That pika one is off, the thunder doesn't hit next to pika, it hits him. Also, pika is too good to lose. lol

I am EXTREMELY impressed with how fast you make them though. However try taking a little more time and cut the distance a character moves between frames a tiny bit to help take out that slight bit of skipping you have (not that your skipping is particularly bad, I just think you could do even better).

Kay, I''l take your advice! I do rush them a bit just to get my name out there as fast as I can, but now that it is, I'll put a little more care into them.. For the game and watch vs. pikachu, I made the thunder next to him so it could actually land in game and watch's bucket, to look more realistic, because it would look weird if he absorbed something that didn't hit him lol. It was kind of difficult to make the decision...

If I were ever to commit as severe an atrocity as pika losing a match in that scenario this is how I would do it.

Option one:
Have game and watch falling slowly over pika while he is thundering.

Option 2:
Have game and watch standing literally right next to pika (it works in game) and absorb as it hits pika.

EDIT: Also, as far as getting your name out there. One excellent animation (like the iceclimbers) does far more for getting your name out there as a great animator then 15 decent ones. Trust me take the time, it will pay off.

The first one I made shortly after the sonic one, but it's one hell of a lot better. I started the final destination one a day ago and just finished. It's way too jumpy, and not nearly as good as my others or Rollerking's, who is still my sort of idol or mentor. for me to reach your level, Rollerking, would be quite an accomplishment for me. I know you did much better with the same sprite sheet, but this is my first time experimenting with a background.

ok, Let me just start this off by saying once again don't triple post. It's in your best interest not to if a mod sees, you could get a warning.

now, onto your animations/sig.

Your sand coffin animation is pretty good. the movement between frames is good, not really skippy. However, like I've said before, Either put them in an arena or take out the background. It looks better to only have the rendered sprites doing what they are doing on the page, as opposed to in a white block. Other than that, that one is well done.

Your snake one is pretty good. The only little thing that I noticed were the flames in the back of his gun lasted a little too long and were a tiny bit choppy after he fires it. But that was still a good job on it though. Same thing with the background, though that looks better than the typical white.

OK, your PK power one. A few things. First of all like you said it was a little skippy. make less distance covered by the attack between each frame.

Also, both lucas and ness moved while standing still. That is one thing that you need to make sure doesn't happen. Make sure to line up all stationary objects with the exact location they were a frame before.

Another thing was the entrance. They (these particular characters) should enter from off the stage and end at the begining of it. not start at the edge and go to the middle then run back. One thing that helps me make it look real is to start a game of brawl and watch the action I am attempting to animate a few times so that I could pick up on some of the subtle intricacies, and exactly how the action is preformed.

My final point on it would be that Ness just stands still and lets the attack hit him.
........That would never happen. Try to make things like that seem more realistic. Like Ness running towards lucas and lucas using the move and hitting him in mid dash. Or another good option would be to have lucas smack ness first, then immediately follow with that attack and have it hit ness while he is recovering.

Now the normal sig. The render is a little sketchy along the edges. I don't really think the background or effects go with the render either. However that's just one amateur sig maker's opinion. What do I really know about normal sigs anyway? lol

Yeah, the PK power one was really flawed. I'm probably not going to get as good as you with backgrounds:( I thought the Gaara one was really jumpy, but whatever you say.
