pivot f-roll/ backwards f-roll

Since people seem to not always read everything thats not in the OP, and I see many people still don't do this, here it is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RmC8qOwtf8c , crappy quality i know but p. much the point is f-roll>>>>>b-roll, so just pivot f-roll, aka dash back then immediately roll , I mess up a lot in the vid because well i hadn't played smash in a few days and I threw it in, the mess-ups are where shields pop-up for no reason the backrolls are to show you the speed difference, I don't really see many people using this I just really found out about it like 2-3 weeks ago myself by accident, but I'm sure someone has to of known this and I just wonder why no one uses it.

lol, this is what I do whenever I want to glide-toss armor (lolol c-stick) and move in a certain direction

however I completely forget about it when the post-armor game starts. I'll definitely give this a shot, I hate our b-roll =(

Yeah so basically it turns inot 6-17/29 instead of 4-19/37, thats 8 frames faster and you go about 30% farther distance as well.
