Pikmin pluck or pikmin throw cancel?

I haven't had the game yet, but isn't there lag from landing just like from melee? Does olimar have landing lag? Couldn't you just pluck a pikmin quickly immediately after touching the ground? OR throw a pikmin then throw another rapidly? Just like the samus double missle that was in melee?

Considering theres about 3 olimar players who have the game so far and check these boards, it is unfortunately. I could get back to you next week some time with an answer, but youtube videos are not enough for me at least to have any solid idea about this, and not much has been mentioned by those who have the game yet. I'd suggest asking this in NC_Echo's Guide thread, it has a better chance of getting answered prior to actual US release there.
