Pikachu quick attack glitch?

saw this on some match youtube recommended me, skip to 1:34 and watch the pikachu's quick attack, the quality is bad but im guessing its either an emulator glitch, packet loss (but theres none of that throughout the rest of the game, or maybe something else ... it sounds like he quick attacks three times in the video

That looks like the dreamland pikachu teleport glitch.

Yeah it's the same, you see the P4 tag at the right edge for a short time. When you do something weird like upB or DI at that place, you get teleported to the left edge. You also keep your momentum.

If we could figure out exactly how to do it consistently... Pikachu would have the best recovery without a question... just teleport to the other side of the stage and recover towards the stage lol
