Here's a list of Pikachu's previous moveset. It's taken from Melee.

Weak Attacks

1: Headbutt

Strong Attacks

Upward: Tail Smack
Forward: Pika Kick
Downward: Tail Sweep

SMASH ATTACKS:

Upward: Tail Somersault
Forward: Thundershock
Downward: Electric Flower

Dash Attack: Running Headbutt

Aerial Attacks:

Center: Pika Roll
Front: Electric Drill
Back: Glider
Up: Tail Chop
Down: Electric Screw

Special Attacks

Standard B: Thunder Jolt
Foward B: Skull Bash
Upward B: Quick Attack
Downward B: Thunder

Grapples and Throw Downs

Pummel: Electric Shock
Front: Electrocution
Back: Submission
Up: Electric Skull
Down: Electric Slam

Now for the new title, I want his Smash Attack to get a little tweak. Tail Somersault should include the Iron Tail. As for the Specials. Thunder Jolt should be replaced with Electro Ball and Skull Bash can be replaced by... uh, I don't care. I just want Skull Bash removed!

Skull bash isn't going anywhere. There's a photo from Nintendo depicting Pikachu doing skull bash in SSB4, so expect to see it. I honestly don't foresee his move set changing at all from SSBB to SSB4

Personaly, I love skull bash. I'd even be fine with the same moveset because I love pika's Moveset that much :D

While Skull Bash does nt make much sense, it is a good recovery move, so I don't mind it returning.
