in your base owning your dudes!
The combos that I can do with pikachu now is (both at slim-to-no damage):

1.) upthrow>upsmash>downsmash. That usually gets me about 40% damage on my foe if it works.

2.) same as one only you start with a downthrow (I know, not very creative, but it works)

I wanted to see if there are any other combos that I should know about.

You should read the Pikachu in depth guide thats one of the stickies here. I have a feeling you've got a ton to learn.

But anyways, after you upsmash someone, you'll either upsmash again, chase them with an aerial, or use thunder (down B). You won't downsmash after upsmash.

The real best combos are using his aerial moves though. Keep hitting the opponent with Up-air and the last time that you can connect use nair/ dair/ Bair.

To see good examples of Pikachu combos you should watch some of the videos in this thread:

Some good Pikachu players whose videos might be helpful are: Axe, Anther, Chudat, N64, Disciple and more - search them on Youtube.

combos also depend alot on the charachter your facing and their percentages. for example, there are a ton of combos to be had on falcon/falco/fox at middle percentages, and there are almost no combos on jiggs at any percentage.

And U air will combo just about all the time, but it does like 3 damage, 4 if you are lucky. But definitely what cody said, watch axe/chad/anther
