Im confused about this "You may not post attachments" rule. Is this meant to count pictures? Also, how is it that everybody else can post a picture on their threads and I cannot? Do I have to sign up for a premeium member or do I have to achieve a rank like Smash Lord?

This is what happens: I ctrl C then ctrl V to copy and paste things onto Smash World Forums and among what I am pasting are pictures but they do not appear. Finally, It says when you are able to post a reply "add picture" but if you try to it will say "Please enter website" which will only have a website name and no picture. And If I try to place a picture on the reply, then a cross will appear and there will be no picture. This is annoying, especially if you need a picture for the post you are doing. What I am trying to say is, can somebody guide me towards being able to post a picture on a thread/reply for future references?[

If by picture you mean using the [IMG*][/IMG] coding (minus the asterick (*)), then I suppose you learned something new.

As for what attachments are, I think it has something to do with embedding stuff onto the forum and/or leaving a paper-clip icon next to the thread like I have seen on the V2.0 Brawl Tier List. For this you will have to be either a mod or a premium member, which hopefully they might allow premium membership again (or you somehow become a mod)

Get a Photobucket account, or something similar. You can upload pictures from your computer, and you'll get a series of codes, like IMG, HTML, etc. Using the IMG code, you should be able to post pictures in threads. Copy and paste the code into your reply.
