Icon theory totally disproved and pwned.

How is the icon theory disproven?

This is obviously the new wtf stage. You know what that means? It means it's the home stage of the new wtf character. Who is the new wtf character? Well, based on the stage music choices, I'd say that this stage represents Nintendo software in general and not just DS. What character represents Nintendo software in general? Mii! What is Mii from? Mii is from Wii. Where does Wii go on the icon list? After Sonic.

I agree. It wouldn't be that hard to make such a function as drawing the stage in the middle of the match with the Wiimote. Think of Okami :b The only issue here is if you're not using a Wiimote.

I have this weird theory...

Look at the stage. You can see Black Lines and Grey Lines... Grey Lines actually act as non-solid objects... Purely "art". They can have hazards/effects though, as seen with the wind. Black Lines are Solid and can also have Hazards.

So... imagine a Stage creator with these properties... You don't create the stage in-battle, of course, but rather create it appart and then send your stage ideas via Wi-Fi and (As PictoChat is a Wireless Chat Program) share Random creations from others downloaded randomly. Also, the stage creation section would register the line pattern so you can see how your stage gets drawn. Of course You'll be using your Wii-mote for this-.

It's kinda sick... since there would be a lot of obscene stage ideas... but then again, I think this stage would be great if Sakurai lets us create our own stages... you don't have to send them though. Just play them... and also choose the stage to shift or stay statically in the form of your created stage.... but it's quite complex.

And yes, this is home to Miis, wish granted for some.

Isn't it pwned/disproven because we believed there were only icons 1-20? So this is great news! No problem for Megaman, Bomberman, Isaac, Castlevania, Advance Wars, Pikmin, and such for more characters! YES! yay -^_^-

I don't remember where but, there was a bust-a-move(i think) game for wii where you can play w/ 7 wiimotes 7 split screens. And I also read that the Wii can support 7 blue tooth devices so... perhaps there will be DS connectivity in Brawl and perhaps also a 5th player could use a wiimote (for this stage or a new one) to tilt the stage/draw stuff.

The Pictochat stage reminds me of the G&W stage in Melee... But it looks to be the more enjoyable stage of the two.

Even though this blows the animal crossing fighter theory out of the water I still strongly believe Animal crossing is popular enough to get a fighter in brawl regardless.

This stage just screams of desperacy from Sakurai to involve DS somehow. It's creative, but it's just a bad idea.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but the icon theory isn't "pwned", sorry but whatever 3rd party character you want in that doesn't come between Pa and So won't make it. And lastly, anyone who thinks that Megaman can't get in because of the icon theory, you are an idiot, leave the Internet now.

This is the Flatzone of Brawl. I like it, but I hope this stage is the only of its kind. The stage should feature many changes in its platforms, considering how graphically easy it is to develop each one.

Worst Stage Ever?

Are you freaking joking? You must have no type of creative mind at all. This stage is the most awesome in history. It isnt just a pretty long background with some floating platforms. It's actually innovative, which is what DS, Wii, AND NINTENDO is all about. Doesn't matter how skilled I am, or how elitest or cocky I am, I'm going to try to this out alot.

Sometimes you gotta loosen up and just have fun.

As a matter of fact, I think this is the coolest stage yet.
I love this sort of thing.. But I'm not gonna deny the fact that I'm probably alone- Pokefloats and Flatzone are my favourite stages in Melee, and you guys all seem to hate those ones too, so.. haha..

Also I notice that sometimes the drawings line up with whatever character is in the "Now entering" message. Diddy Kong has a mine cart. Bowser has some flames. Fox has Final Destination.

Probably just a coincidence, but still pretty neat.

I'm guessing that only horizontal lines will be platforms and vertical ones will just be part of the background and can't be barriers to black the characters.
