i think he could be a good character he would be slow but his attacks would be quite strong so he would be just like bowser or dk
moveset
b- spins rapidy and shoots out fireballs to the left right and upwards
b>-lunges forward and bites the other players
b^-petey does a backflip while shooting fireballs
bv- throws mud at the floor to slow other players
final smash- pipes rise from the floor petey launches mud forward then mini pirahnas light the mud setting it on fire harming evryone that touches it
taunt- petey falls asleep for a few seconds
