Everyone should know who this guy is by now. Since Sunshine, Petey Pirahna has been a recurring enemy in the Mario series. He has even appeared as playable in Mario Kart: Double Dash and Mario Power Tennis. Now it's just simple logic that he may be one of the next Mario characters to be in Smash Bros.
He would add to the bigger fighters in Brawl. But he would not be as powerful as other heavyweights and make up for that by having better recovery. Standard A-attacks would consist of swiping the enemy with his leafy arms. Smashes would obviously involve headbutts. As for B-attacks:
B = Throws a tantrum, anyone who touches him is dealt high damage. The downside to this move is that it lasts 4-5 seconds, can be stopped by other strong moves, and you cannot move while using it.
accross+B = Shoots a ball of goop from his mouth sideways on a small arc. Ranged and deals medium damage.
up+B = Flaps arms to slowly rise forward into the air used as recovery.To make up for it's slow speed any one in contact with the centre of it's head at the time of the moves execution will suffer the same effect as Jigglypuff's rest but slightly less damaging.
down+B = Sprays goop on the ground in front of him. The goop has 50-50 chance of increasing or decreasing traction.*Petey is not affected by it.
Taunt = Petey holds his mouth and giggles with his funny, yet annoying voice.
Super Smash Move = Sprays level with goop.Many Goopy Pirahna Plants rise from the goop any viciously bite the enemy(s).
