Dark.Pch submitted a new guide:

Peach utorials: QFR break down and its uses - Explain a lil more in depth how to perform QFR's

QFR stands for "Quick Float Release" Its a term I came up with that uses ground floats and then quickly letting go of it to quickly touch the floor along with dash dancing and do anything you want from there. It's the best method to stop your momentum at any time. Faster then running and using shield. You can quickly change direction in and out.

I know this is an old thread but I can't believe there is no discussion here. There are also no threads dedicated soley to this. I have made it my mission to master this technique and use it effectively. I think this technique is the future of the Peach metagame, honestly. In a game where reads are everything, being unpredictable is the most important thing. I'm almost there to getting the reflex muscle memory. I can do the QFR part easily now, and I can do one dash dance (which is all that's required at a time, just a simple forward then back) but I am trying to get the muscle memory down of ALTERNATING between these two, which I find is taking awhile because of the alternating pattern but I'm getting there.

Has anyone besides Dark Pch mastered this?

i use it on the reg along with eoe's JCFF. peach has the best movement in the game imo and those are the two techniques that make her baller
