Peach - Advice

Well, I have a big tournament in a few days and one of the main players there is an experienced peach user. I have zero experience in this match up, but I expect a lot of fairs/dairs during peach's float time. Do you have any advice of how to play against a good peach? tatics and stuff? It's not a character that I see being played often. I have watched a few videos of him, and he dairs a lot. the move appears to have insane priority and range. I would appreciate some advice. If you want, I could post some videos of him playing...

wanna brawl me. im a pretty decent peach and i have no problems with snake
brawl code 403856880779. Try to bo on during the evening or night so we could have friendlies

As a Peach main, one of the major problems Snake presents is the grenades.

Cook them, launch them while I'm floating, and they should serve you well.

Make good use of the uptilt, as you say the Peach likes to dair.

Ban Jungle Japes.

Don't rely to heavily one your mines - Peach can just float over them.

Finally, try to keep out of the air as much as possible, this is where Snake is weak against Peach; she will try to get you up there as often as possible.

Hey, thanks for the advice. I'll try to catch his peach out of the dair with my up-tilt. I dunno if it will work because in all the videos I watched, against tall opponents like snake, he would float high and dair just at the limit of the hitbox. Any tips against float cancelled fairs? Do mortars work to avoid peach from floating?
BLI7ZARD, we can play, but, as I'm not from North America, I think we will experience some lag...

I'm a snake main and there's a peach main that goes to my school, we play quite a bit so I know a few things about the matchup. One of your main advantages is that Peach doesn't really have any reliable kill moves on you. Beware of fair however, it has a surprising hit box and tricky startup time. Peach is hard to read mainly because of glide tossing, it's hard to know where she's gonna be. Careful of the slap too, it comes out real fast and came sometimes get you before you can react out of shield.
