PC BUILDING FOR PM: WHAT DOES YA BOI NEED

Right now i have an i5 with no gfx card or power supply atm annnd i have 300. may change very soon, but my question is

what kinda gfx card do i need in order to play this at 60 fps with 4 players? how much will it cost?

late reply my dude, but i use a 750 Ti for Dolphin. works great, as you should know.
