Parodizing the chars of other games

Since the first episode Luigi has a burning dragon punch like Ken in Super Street Fighter 2.
How about pushing this parodizing thing anymore?
I'll give you a sample of parody move:
Mister Resetti, as a fighter, points his finger and produces a spiky speechbubble with the writing "DON'T RESET!" in red fonts.

Absolutely nothing, it's a parody/reference, even if it is outlandish and I don't agree with it entirely.

That would work better as a taunt than an actual moveOr, at least, I think so.

This would work better if it made sense in the game itself. I'm not really sure it would work well or make sense to the players. Typically parody's work better if something is similar, so Resetti doing that would only be similar because of teh speech bubble. That wouldn't make much sense otherwise
