I don't know why, but I always wanted either Power of Flight to have invincibility frames, and Striking Flight being able to carry people to the higher blast zones for a ko, like ZSS'S recovery does UT without uair over and over.

Upperdash and Electroshock just need either invincibility frames or more Super Armor(both being activated the moment you press b).

Eh side b has 15 frames of super armour, that's not bad

Aerial Quickshock acts like :4jigglypuff: weak fair where you kinda follow the opponent after you hit them

Do you think this has some potential follow-up?

The Super Armor can still be forced out of you(depending on the situation). Plus, Upperdash with invincibility frames would be awesome.

The airial Upperdash/Electroshock could be used to follow up some combos.
Both, Fair, and Dair
Electroshock, Dair
Upperdash, Uair, Fair/Dair

Could we talk about Impact Obitars? Are they useful in anything els than in edgeguarding, punishing rolls and being a surprise factor?

Well I'm not really a custom genius myself but I don't really see a use in it other than edge-guarding or a mix-up

You have better options for reading then Impact Obitars

It really seems like it's use best when off-stage since it sends foe at a not very high angle :/
