Even though customs are currently banned from the metagame with the exception of custom tournaments, that doesn't mean we shouldn't discuss them as if they don't exsist.

This thread will discuss all of Palutena's special moves including her default set, however if you are looking for information an tech on her default specials and other moves it is quicker to just look in "Palutena's default set" thread.
