Palkia: Alright, where to start?

I'm attempting to create a Playable Palkia... I've got the basics down, model swapping and character tracking (PSA is the easy part as well) However, Palkia is enormous, and I need to find a way to scale him down... I've tried lots of things to make him smaller but it's extremely difficult.. Anyway... there are many things to be done, and I'm not completely sure where to start.

Things that have been done so it can be used in-game:
The model is properly loaded
The tracking bones now work properly so as to allow Palkia to walk around (TopN, TransN, etc)
I've created all 3 walking animations (smooth)
3 waiting animations (smooth)
3 taunts (smooth)
dash animation (smooth)
run animation (I decided its going to be a sort of gliding along the ground like bowser)

Palkia can walk around in-game.

Hmm, it appears I can't attach files to posts, and I hate hotlinking images >.< but it does work.
I'll be uploading images and maybe a video if I can make some basic movements aside from just these.

It WAS possible to steal a couple og really short bits of animation from the things he does on spear pillar but they were difficult to incorporate onto a "2d plane"

Reserved.

And just to say, all of these animations are created by me, from scratch with Brawlbox and inspired by Pokemon Battle Revolution

I once started a Project Palkia way back when we could first do model swapping, so I tried to put him over Bowser. It kinda worked, just not as I had expected, so I scrapped the idea and moved onto something else. I can help you with anything you need help with, whether it be animations or PSA or creating multiple textures for it. Animations are definitely a great place to start, so you should try and get them all done first and then do the PSA last, with anything else that needs to be done in any order you want in between.

You're a stalker
Open it up in preview and click on the first bone, then open the animation box and there should be a scale section...I don't think any more explanation is needed.

Hit boxes/hurt boxes also get smaller when you do that.

Anyways, to answer how to make him smaller, I believe FortWaffles made a program that can resize bones and scale a model bigger/smaller.

I originally put him over bowser by renaming all of the bones for the animations so it would work, unfortunately bowsers leg bone structure is way off of palkia's so it becomes a mangled mess of polygons in-game... is there a way to shrink polygons but not the bones?

still trucking along, very slowly though... I'm probably going to put it over one of the alloys, just for now anyway (right now I'm jsut working on the modeldata and animationdata)

Is there a way to call a particular projectile from another character? or item?

Also, is there no way to delete posts? >.<

A moderator can delete your posts, but you can't "delete" them. Just edit the posts you don't want people to see to say "Ignore please" or something like that

Well, I've been blindsided by something, I just recently finished about 50 animations and now it freezes whenever I try to load Palkia, either over an alloy or Bowser, or anyone else for that matter. No idea what I did wrong.

That's all I edited I believe what the problem was an anomaly in the Wait1 animation it appears the TransN bone was trying to move, not only that it was trying to move along an axis that was towards the foreground.
