Ok, we need to get this straightened out ASAP. You have to reserve the hotel room by the 25th.

Tourney is Sat Sun Mon
We NEED the hotel room on Sat and Sun nights. Fri and Mon are optional though reccomended. There will be a TON of awesome smash going on at the hotel Friday night, and you can get good sleep before the tourney not worrying about driving there in the morning. Imagine an international smashfest for practice lol. As for Monday, the tourneys going to end late. Every national runs late lol. Plus, theres more smash to be had lol.
Hotel is $89 per night. Idk if this includes taxes, so lets not include that for now.
$89 x $4 = $356
We don't want to spend a lot of money, so lets pack it up with people to split the cost. We all know each other, it should be fine. Lets say we get two cars of people in the room splitting it 10 ways. It's cramped, but we gotta save money for food and tourney (and MMs!) over the weekend.
$356 / 10 = $35.60
Reasonable price for 4 nights of hotel I would say eh?
Tbh we could probably cut out Monday night if the drivers don't mind driving home late, so lets cut out one night to make it cheaper.
$89 x 3 = $267 / 10 = $26.70
There probably will be taxes so your looking at like $30 for everyone for 3 nights of hotel.
Now for drivers... who do we have from PA that can drive? Ebo? Who else. And I don't want people that are going to flake out and leave the moment they are out of bracket. People need to stay and get to play all of the pros from around the world that they want to and watch finals. You won't want to miss it.
Then we need to find out who is going to drive with who.

Who can drive to Pound 4 from Philly leaving Friday and leaving late Monday night?
Even though Saturday is Melee only, it's still worth it for Brawlers to go as there will still be plenty of Brawl friendlies going on for everyone, and there's Brawl+ on Sat iirc. Sat could be a great day to get a PA vs ___ Crew Battle.
