nope, it was 7 because i have the matches recorded with the p2p client, and i say "7 frames... could be worse" in the bottom bar. But yeah i know you play in 3 or lower anyways lol.

It's related to Maths. I added the ping times by distance, it's not exactly like that, but roughly. About less due to straight line stuff.

Theorically the distance is not what makes your ping increase or decrease (data travels at nearly the speed of light), its about the net connections and the steps they have to do before they reach the destination.
For example, i have 85 ping with a guy who lives 20 miles far of me, and i have 60 ping with a server that is about 500 miles far from me in the central europe.
