I ran a tournament over New Years, and I'm thinking about starting a semi-regular cup series.

I honestly think you should put this off for a few days. Giving less than 24 hours for a sign-up period isn't exactly ideal. Maybe hold it on Saturday or Sunday.

It's not the biggest deal in the world, just going to run it for whoever is around this time. I'll probably announce another one for next week or so after this one is finished. I'd like to make it into a regular series, so this specific one isn't too much to miss out on.

depends on who you play, it ranges from good to bad depending on how far your opponent is and other factors. Ive played with people where it was nearly lag less, to the point where advanced techs could be performed consistently, but recently (for the past like 4 days to be exact) a havent played with ANYONE who had nearly lag less performance, although there is lag it is bearable, some advanced techs, like wavelanding, are out of the question, but it is leagues better than the ****ty brawl wifi and way worth it.

And there are times when you know deep down why you lost, you know when you lost because of the lag, and when you lost because your opponent was better, and let me just say there were almost NEVER moments where i lost because of the lag.

And just a heads up, Dolphin netplay will be updated, who knows, maybe they will find a way to remove lag all together
