P-balloon for a new brawl item?

I been thinking and I think the p-balloon should be an item for brawl. I had 2 ideas for the P-balloon although there not the greatest ideas:

1.You use to be able to escape from your enemies or stay away from them by popping a P- balloon you have and float up in the air so high that they cant reach you unless shot by a projectile multiple times. you can even float even higher than Kirby!

2. You toss the P-balloon at enemies and when it touches them it pops, leaving them immoble to attacks for a short time. But if you don't throw it quickly, it pops in your hand and leaves you immoble.


If anyone has a better idea than those 2, please post them as the P-balloon is a Mario item that hasn't gotten enough credit in the past and I think it's a pretty unique item that should be put in Brawl.

Its that balloon in Super Mario World that makes Mario inflate like a balloon.

It's from Super Mario World. It inflated Mario and made him float upwards upon obtaining it.

Would it be a good item or bad? because then your basically a floating balloon that can't fight back I imagine.

I get the idea it'd give you infinite flight for a while but make you slow and unable to attack. It'd also work like the Screw Attack in that it'd make the opponent automaticly puff up if you throw it at them. (which would allow for some easy attacking)
