We all know how cool Project M is, but I thought it would be cool to discuss other Fan Projects. Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this.

Pokémon 3D focused on the strong points of Pokémon Gold and Silver versions and their remakes, and gives players a taste as to how the once 2D world they knew was in 3D. They could even see through the eyes of their own trainer, Go on adventures with your friends, and an Global trading station thats not full of hacked Pokemon like the real one. Pokémon 3D will in the future have support for all generations of pokémon, Double and triple Co-op/multiplayer battles, And all the regions will accessible in the game. http://pokemon3d.net/

Have you thought the last few Pokemon games have been pretty lame (Berfore X and Y), well these People thought the they could do a better job and so far what I can tell its pretty badass. Right now I believe at this point they are finishing the spriting for the 229 awesome and unique Pokemon (Progress for the spriting along with all 229 can be view (here)) (Playable Concept Game Demo Here)

After the creator of the Mother/Earthbound series said he wouldn't continue the series, he stated he wouldn't mind in fact he might enjoy if the next game was fan made. well CRAAAAACCK so far it's hard to tell it apart from the real games. http://www.mother4game.com/
