The Ouendan/Cheer Sqaud are from a Japanese rythm game called "Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan." It's very similar to Dance Dance Revolution, but for the DS. Numbered bubbles appear with a ring around them that slowly close in, and you have to tap the bubbles in order when a ring closes in on it. There are 4 difficulties in this game, each with a different leader. Easy, Normal, Hard, and Insane. The leader that is most commonly associated with it is Ippongi Ryuta. He has a red topknot, and pure black suit. He is also on the cover, so he would likely be the playabke character. In the game, you have 2 support Ouendan, who could be alternate costume. This game is a spiritual prequel to Elite Beat Agents. The Ouendan were also on Sakurai's poll, so they actually have a chance to be in Brawl :)

Ths is partially where my name comes from

-Moveset-

Up+B - Flare Uppercut (Ryuta jumps up in a ball of fire while doing an uppercut)
B - Flare Bomb (A ball of fire shoots out of Ryuta's hand; A non charged bomb will just make a big explosion in front of him)
Down+B - Flame Pillar (A pillar of flames explodes behind Ryuta)
Side+B - Dance Flurry (Does a combo of dance moves; similar to Marth's Over B)

Final Smash: Meteor Strike (Ryuta summons his two backup Ouendan and begin glowing blue. A meteor begins to come in from the top right, but it explodes into meteorites that fires across the screen)
