OST suggestions?

I'm planning on getting my hands on an Ipod Classic, and am looking for suggestions of excellent soundtracks to purchase.

Please, do not suggest the following

• Any Sonic game. I am already planning to get these. No need to tell me twice!

Xenoblade Chronicles, Final Fantasy 9, and Chrono Trigger are some of my favorites.

Since you like Sonic music, maybe some Megaman stuff? It's 'harder' than a lot of Sonic music, but it's still super upbeat and catchy.

Get music from Twilight Princess or Wind Waker, I love the style of music those games have

Bastion has a wonderful soundtrack with a Western feel too it.

Besides that, the Mega Man games (I particularly like Mega Man 2 and Mega Man 9, but there are plenty I haven't played). Ocarina of Time and Wind Waker for the Zelda series, and I'm listening to the Punch-Out!! Wii soundtrack right now and loving it, so there's that too.

I'd personally recommend buying the Pokemon soundtracks on iTunes: X/Y, Diamond/Pearl, Ruby/Sapphire, etc. I don't know if you are a Pokemon fan, but the Pokemon series definitely has some really memorable tracks to listen to.

Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, The World Ends with You, Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World, Anarchy Reigns, Guilty Gear XX, and Hotline Miami all have great OSTs.

Donkey Kong Country 2 is my favorite OST of all time, highly recommend it.
The Metroid Prime Trilogy is super awesome, great for chilling.
Dynasty Warriors (4 is the best) is great for rocking out!
The original Sims has a good mix of everything, if you don't mind some of the gibberish in some of em.
Cant go wrong with Zelda of course.
Kirby 64: Crystal Sharps is amazing.
Tetrisphere is a hidden gem, lots of techno and trance. Won soundtrack of the year when it first came out.
F-Zero GX has a great mix too, be sure to check for the racer's profile music.

Gauntlet:Legends, Diddy Kong Racing, Age of Empires/Mythology, Command & Conquer series, Donkey Kong 64.

Fire Emblem Awakening has a pretty great soundtrack, along with Mass Effect 3. I'd recommend checking those out.

Hotline Miami, Jet Set Radio, the Mother series, the Katamari series, and the Persona series all have great music.

Bomberman Hero had some good songs as well.

The Final Fantasy series always has some good tunes.

And because I'm a huge sucker for this game, there's also Katawa Shoujo's feels-tastic OST.

I also enjoy a lot of the Castlevania tracks.

Dangan Ronpa has a pretty great soundtrack. I haven't listen to second game's OST as much, but I definitely recommend the first one for sure.
Touhou is another suggestion. I've been listening to Endless Masquerade's OST too.

I highly recommend DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi 2. That game arguably has the best OST out of any other DB game.
Also try No More Heroes OST and Tekken 5.
