Ok so it isn't for Mewtwo all that much, but it would include him kinda.

Alright so in the first Pokemon movie he controlled cloned Pokemon with blotched skin.

I was thinking maybe an alternate costume for Pokemon trainer?

Not the best idea, I just thought it'd be cool since that's what he did in the movie.
