Optizing your Jab Locks

Hey Guys,

I get jab locks every now and then but most of them are way before kill percent.
What are the most optimal way to rack up percent if you get a jab lock early on?
I notice ESAM does short hop Dair and then tries to string something out of that.
Is there any other good ways to rack up percent?

Jab reset > wait > grab > uair/nair/fair combos
Jab reset > SH Dair > grab > same as above

or

Jab reset > Fsmash to glory

There's a lot of ways to punish really hard a missed tech at low percent with Pika, because usually a jab reset leads to the usual combo shenanigans.

The most efficient imo is:
Jab reset > SH Dair (even better if you read a roll) > grab > up air > fair spike > regrab > up air >nair
