Optimizing my punish game + other resources

I'm looking to optimize my punish game. Anything you post will be helpful.

For example:

Vs. Marth:

• 0-30%: Downthrow > Nair on inward DI, regrab DI away.
• ~30%: Upthrow > Upair
• ~70%: Upthrow > Knee or Downthrow > Knee

Vs. Sheik

• 0%: Downthrow> regrab DI in, tech chase DI away.
• 37% is when upthrow > upair starts working

Any more stuff like this would be helpful. Also, any falcon resources you can link me would be awesome. I'm always reading and watching stuff to improve my play.
