Hopefully this is the right place to post this. I'm looking for some advice on which other character to pick up as a secondary. Currently I main Yoshi with Incineroar as my secondary, and am looking to learn a character that can compensate for their weaknesses (both are lacking in range, for example).
I'm trying to choose a character that fits the following criteria, listed in order of importance (the lower on this list, the less necessary):
1. Fares well against strong zoners like Samus, Mega Man and Young Link
2. Fares well against sword characters
3. Solid off-stage game
4. Not too big-bodied
5. Preference to goofy-looking characters (animals, weird creatures) over the basic-looking anime humans
Any suggestions or thoughts would be appreciated. Cheers.
