We here at OooWee Gaming are proud to announce our first official large scale tournament for Smash 4 (and maybe other games in the future). The Smash scene around central PA has been booming lately and we hope to keep the community growing with our tournament and hopefully draw interest from outside of the Harrisburg area as well.

I would like to start off by saying that this is NOT a monthly tournament, but we do hope to do more in the future (maybe biannually or quarterly). But with that in mind we hope to keep the same standards we hold for our weekly tournaments and make this one of the premier Smash 4 tournaments in the central PA area.

The Venue [OooWee Art & Gaming]:

Venue opens: 10am
Sign-ups start: 10am
Doubles start: 1130am
Singles start : 2pm

The store is located inside the Harrisburg Mall off of I-83, and is located on the second floor beside the GameStop. You may park anywhere around the mall but the recommended parking location is in the back behind Bass Pro Shops. The mall store opens at 10am and closes at 9pm when the mall does so we do have a time restraint for the tournament, but we hope to have it run efficiently enough to prevent reaching this time. Also being located in a mall we have plenty of places to eat near the food court and a Sheetz within walking distance.

Tournament Fees:

$5 - Venue

$10 - Singles

$10 - Doubles ($5 each player)

"Bring $20 if you plan on entering both"

Tournament Payout:

There will be $100 pot bonus if we reach 32 participants, and a $200 pot bonus if we reach 64 participant. Depending on the turnout for the tournament we will payout to more than the top 3, but the pot bonus will still only be applied to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. If we go above 32 players the payout will be top 4, and if we reach 64 players the payout will be top 5. Any higher will be decided as we get closer to the event. “NOTICE” this may be changed if we deem that it needs changed.

Tournament Procedure:
The venue opens at 10am, the same time the mall does (the exact start time for each event is still to be decides so check back)
