IIRC;

Azelf, Mesprit, Uxie: Go back to their lakes after catching your game cover legendary.

Non game cover legendary, go talk to the old lady in Celestic.

Riolu, go to Iron island from Canalave and get the egg from that guy.

Azelf,Mesprit,Uxie: The three lakes(center)

Dialga: Since you didn't seen him yet you must be on peal. after you beat the E4 go to the old lady in celestic town and she will give you a picture of it.

Riolu: Go to iron island. you will meet Riley and he will join you across the island. At the end he will give you an egg(Riolu).

Hey guys, what pokemon is #114? That is the only pokemon I need until I complete my pokedex (then I can get the national dex)...I'm guessing it's Tangela, but I don't know for sure. PLEASE HELP. Also, where do you find that pokemon?? I looked up Tangela on serebii.net, and it says Tangela is found in swarms atop Mt. Carona...what are swarms?? It says that Tangela is found in swarms...THIS IS THE LAST **** POKEMOMN I NEED!!lol, it's driving me crazy...
I searched Mount Carona, but never came across TAngela, I weant to where it is snowing and everything--PLEASE HELP!!

Er, you're thinking of the combined Pokedex that features Pokemon from ALL the games. #114 is Unown in the Shinnoh Dex. I believe you have to catch one, because none of the in-game trainers have one.

Go to Solaceon Town, and enter the caves to the east. Find the boy lost in the ruins and then follow the directions on the wall to some items. Once you get the items, you'll unlock the Unown. Catch one, and it's national dex time.

Azelf yet, but I know exactly where he is...is he worth using the masterball on, or no?
Doesnt the boy tell ya 2 visit him 2 get some poke ball stickers?? I thnk i found em, but i left after that...

EDIT: HAH!! I did it!! I found a big mushroom, took one step, and there is an unknown!!

Nah, you don't need to use the Master Ball on it. Ultra Balls and patience work fine. But if you want to get the National Dex you must at least fight it.
